Pravets is a small but much appealing town
located some 50 km (45 min drive) outside
Sofia in north-eastern direction on the
Hemus highway. Set in the foothills of the
Bolkan range, Pravets is surrounded by
forests and lovely hills, providing crisp
mountain air. The region is famous for its
traditional architecture and culture heritage.
The climate in Pravets is characterised with
mild winter and cool summer, ideal for
relaxation during all seasons. The resort is
set 120 km from the ski resort of Borovets
and 380 km to the summer resort of Varna
via highway.
The golf course officially opened on May
15, 2011 and has hosted the PGA
Professional Golf Championship of Europe
on two occasions. Pravets Golf Club is
managed by Braemar Golf who has their
main office based at St. Andrews In
Scotland, offers a Peter Harradine designed
18-hole, par 72, Championship golf course
and state-of-art golf academy with an
extensive practice area.
In close proximity to the complex is situated
Pravets Sports Complex where are
available a multifunctional sports hall,
football and volleyball playgrounds and
three tennis courts, that provide excellent
opportunities for training and preparation of
various sports teams.
The first plot is 1998 square meters and is
situated right on the main Sofia to Varna
motorway, less than 100 meters away from
the border of the golf course. There is
visibility to the site from both sides of the
motorway making it ideal for workshop etc.
Plot 2 is approximately 500 m from plot 1
further up the hill giving views of the
mountains, valley and golf complex. The
size of this plot is 9 803 square meters.
There is a tarmac road access to both of
these plots.
Plot 3 cosist of 5 229 square meters. This
plot is currently scrub, small trees are on
site. Once cleared this plot would give
amazing views over the whole valley, being
at height of 477 meters above the sea level.
All plots have good mobile phone and
internet reception. Electric and water can be
easily available. The local area is well
known as a tourist destination. Easy and
fast access from Sofia airport is possible
even in winter. Pravets itself can be walked
from all plots within 20 minutes and there
you will find full shop and services,
language and business schools as well as
the Seattle college campus currently
American and other high tech business are
in or moving to Pravets area.

are looking for a price of 30 euro per square
meter.
